- Soft Tension: Recommended for users 60kg or under.

Intelligent Recline Angle Range Limitation

Twin-Pivot Synchro Mechanism
The twin-pivot mechanism delivers outstanding dynamic movement and continuous support. It ensures minimal pressure on the underside of your thighs by positioning the pivot points strategically behind the knees and under the seat.

Forward Synchro Seat Tilt
Engage a slight forward tilt (2°) that synchronizes with a backrest recline (6°). This feature encourages a healthier posture, reduces back strain, and helps improve blood circulation in the legs and feet, especially during task-intensive work.
5D Adjustable Armrests
Achieve perfect alignment with our highly versatile armrests. They offer five dimensions of adjustment: height, angle, width, depth, and forward tilt on the soft PU pads. The tiltable pad is ideal for supporting forearms when using mobile devices.
Waterfall Seat Design
The seat's sloping, rounded front edge acts as a waterfall design to minimize pressure on the backs of the thighs. This crucial detail improves blood flow in the legs and prevents numbness or fatigue during long periods of sitting.
Optional Headrest
The optional headrest is height (80 mm) and angle (55°) adjustable, designed to relax your neck and shoulder muscles. It provides effective support to the back of the head, especially when the chair is in free-float or full recline.
Optional Legrest
The mesh legrest is a superb comfort addition for reclining users. It folds neatly under the seat when not in use and extends to help alleviate fatigue and relieve pain in the feet, ankles, knees, and thighs by elevating the legs.

World’s 1st Tension-Adjustable Seat
Customising your Ergohuman Elite Pro mesh seat tension is quick and effortless. Use the dedicated lever located just under the right side of the seat:
- For Stronger Tension (+30%): Slide the lever forwards towards the front of the chair. This tightens the mesh, providing firmer, high-level support ideal for users over 80kg.
- For Softer Tension (-10%): Slide the lever backwards towards the rear of the chair. This softens the mesh, allowing for a more forgiving, cushioned feel ideal for lighter users.
Intelligent Recline Range Limitation
Setting your preferred recline limit on the Ergohuman Elite Pro is a quick, one-time adjustment using the main control lever on the right side of the chair:
- Find Your Angle: Recline back into the chair until you reach your preferred maximum angle.
- Memorise the Limit: While holding that position, move the main control lever to the centre position.
- Enjoy Seamless Recline: The chair will now lock in that specific recline range. Every time you lean back, it will stop precisely at your chosen angle without you having to adjust a thing.
Seat Adjustments
Seat Height:
Use the dedicated lever to position the seat so your thighs are parallel to the
floor, shins are vertical, and feet rest flat.
Seat Depth (Slide):
The single lever also controls the seat depth. Adjust the slide to ensure there
is a 30 mm (approx. two-finger) gap between the seat edge and the back of your
knees.
Back & Lumbar Control
Back Height:
Simply lift or lower the backrest to achieve an ideal fit. This adjustment allows you to perfectly align the spine's curve with the chair's support.
Back Angle:
Use the dedicated lever to switch between two modes: lock the backrest in your preferred position or engage free-float mode for dynamic, continuous reclining.
Recline Tension:
A long lever lets you easily customize the resistance of your recline. Increase or reduce the tension to match your body weight and preferred comfort level.
Lumbar Tension:
Fine-tune the lower back support with the integrated lumbar tension dial. Use it to adjust the amount of pressure and flex provided to your lumbar area.
5D Armrest Customization
Height:
Adjust the height so your shoulders are relaxed and your forearms rest parallel
to the floor.
Width:
Set the width to ensure the armrests are comfortably aligned with the width of
your body.
Depth:
Slide the armpad forward or back to match the length of your forearms,
providing full support.
Angle (Rotation):
The armpad rotates, allowing you to angle the surface to perfectly suit your
specific desk setup.
Tilt:
Engage the armpad tilt feature for an ideal position when you are relaxing with
a handheld device.
Neck & Head Support
Height:
Easily adjust the height to ensure the headrest provides full, seamless support
for your head and neck's natural curve.
Angle:
The angle can be tilted forward for attentive work or tilted back for relaxed
reclining, providing instant customized comfort.
