Manufacturer's Warranty Statement

1. Scope of Warranty

This Manufacturer's Warranty applies exclusively to products that are not listed under the Exceptions section below, and only to products delivered within the United Kingdom, EU member states and Switzerland.

Without prejudice to any statutory warranties provided under applicable national law, this Manufacturer's Warranty provides that all branded products supplied by Comfort Workspace Ltd are free from defects in materials and workmanship for a period of ten (10) years for Generation 2 task seating products used in single-shift operation (8 hours per day), except as set out below.

2. Warranty Period and Eligibility

The Manufacturer's Warranty is valid from the date of delivery to the original purchasing organisation (the "Client") and is non-transferable. To qualify, products must have been purchased directly from Comfort Workspace Ltd or through a Comfort Workspace Authorised Reseller, for the Client's own use and not for resale or onward distribution.

3. What Is Covered

Comfort Workspace Ltd will, at its discretion, repair or replace any product, part or component that fails under normal use with a comparable product or part.

Spare parts: All spare parts are covered in full (100%), free of charge, for the duration of the applicable warranty period, provided the product falls within that period.

Labour, collection and re-delivery:

  • During the first 12 months from delivery: Comfort Workspace Ltd will cover the cost of labour for repair, together with collection and re-delivery of the product where a return is required.
  • After the first 12 months: The Client will be responsible for the cost of labour for repair, as well as collection and re-delivery. Spare parts will continue to be supplied free of charge for the remainder of the warranty period. There may be certain circumstances in where Comfort Workspace Ltd will be able to assist with theses fees after the 12-month period, please ensure to contact our team.

4. Exceptions

The following product categories are warranted for five (5) years:

  • Visitor and guest seating
  • Contract seating versions
  • Previous generation models
  • Accessories
