Seat Adjustments
Seat Height:
Use the main lever to set the chair at a height where your feet are planted firmly on the floor and your knees are at a 90-degree angle.

Seat Depth (Slide):
The same control lever allows you to slide the seat pan forwards or backwards.
Adjust it so there is a small gap, roughly the width of two fingers, between the seat edge and the back of your knees to maintain healthy blood flow.
